Different methods are used by various organizations in order to improve the consultancy project methods. There are certain approaches used for the improvement of the consultancies. The methods that must be followed in order to improve the consulting projects are as follows: Thinking process: If the project development team is not aware of the method to be used then they must learn it properly to deal with the clients (Keller and Heiko 2014). The practical values of the thinking processes are embedded within the methods only thus; they must acquire appropriate tools to adopt expertise solutions for overall organizational benefits. The phrase that implies the process properly says that consultancy experts do not like to learn rather they like to use different tools to improve the project development process (Lappe and Spang 2014). Many real-life examples are found that utilizes lesser time and large improvement in the project management. Facilitating competencies: This particular method of project management serves for both new as well as expert consultants. This method includes both the beginners and the experts. The beginners must follow the process in step by step to avoid execution error. Proper level of competencies and necessary performance management is required to be adopted by the development team (Schwalbe 2015). On the other hand, the experts should evolve certain innovation methods to improve the project organized for the organization. This process needs organizational tangibility and intact interaction among the domain of process management. There are some resources used to enhance the efficiency of a system. The resources include: Evaluation of strengths and limitations of each methods Strengths: During evaluation it has been found that these methods will help to avoid risk occurrences in the consultancies. Rather it will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the project developed for an organization. The creative evaluation will increase the external and internal communication system (Baskerville and Wood-Harper 2016). Limitations: Over burden is limitation of thinking process. While implementing Knowledge management system, efforts according to the time is a major limitation. Facilitating competencies Strengths: The mechanistic approach and organizational culture include in the improvement methods will help to identify or detect the errors and the proper flow of communication will also help to utilize the knowledge management system. Limitations: Quality of knowledge is the main limitation in this process. In order to frame a proper project for a consultancy the quality of knowledge of the employees working for the project is required to be enough so that they could form an error free and advanced project. Reusability of the objectives Strengths: Same object can be used for different purposes and it will help to increase the efficiency of a project. Limitations: Lack of leadership will lead to improper application of same objects. The quality of the leader is needed to be effective so that they can well manage the overall system. Proper business process improvement is another major issue. Formal usage of method Strengths: Formal usability of applicable methods in proper project innovations does not require extreme knowledge and this method can be used with limited cost. The time required to implement this method is also lesser than others. Limitations: Process issue is the major limitation of the process.
